Prices and payment
Each item is stated with price including VAT. At the checkout you can see the total price including VAT, shipping and payment – We offer our customers payment through PayPal.
Withdraw
The right of withdrawal is valid for 14 days from the time you received the item. You have of course the right to open the package to take a closer look at the product. The item returned must be unused, in complete original packaging and in undamaged condition. Always contact us at info@novellix.se before you return an item, and you will receive information about the return address. When returning an item, you are responsible for the return cost. Refund of the order amount or cancellation of issued invoice shall be made by Novellix within 14 days from the date on which the returned item is received.
Guarantees and service
If there is a visible damage that has occurred before the delivery is received, the product can be complained about. In such cases, email info@novellix.se. If it turns out that the product is damaged, the consumer will be reimbursed for shipping costs and will be sent a new similar product where Novellix is responsible for shipping.
Privacy Policy
When you place your order with us, you provide your personal information. In connection with your registration and order, you agree that we store and use your information in our business to fulfill the agreement with you. Shipment
The delivery time is estimated to be 5-11 working days (depending on the country)* and sent by UPS. Our shipping rate is 14 € and is added automatically when you complete your order.
We currently ship to:
Austria, Belgium, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, United Kingdom.
If you would like to make an order (billing or/and shipping) in a country not listed above, please contact us and we will handle your order manually. The shipping cost may vary.
